Xfinity offers a variety of home packages which include more than just a security system. Packages include internet and T.V. as well. According to their consumer reviews their system is relatively easy to you, but minimal in their capabilities. Xfinity is unique in that it does not require the homeowner to use their equipment. If the homeowner already has security equipment, Xfinity is willing to work with it. Xfinity has the ability to combine existing equipment with more advanced equipment, which saves homeowners a significant amount of the initial costs of owning a security system. One of the complaints about Xfinity is that consumers are forced to "bundle" or use other Comcast services with Xfinity. If you have any other cable T.V. or an internet provider, Comcast will force you to use their services or they will not provide homeowners with their security needs. However, some homeowners like the simplicity of having multiple services run through one company.
Xfinity requires a minimum 2 year agreement regardless of the package chosen. Since it is not required that you use Xfinity's equipment, they do require a longer commitment to using their services. There is no cancellation or termination fee if the user cancels their policy within the first 30 days of service. However there is an early termination fee if cancellation or package changes are requested after 30 days.
Since Xfinity is open to using other companies equipment, the user can automate their home as much or as little as they desire. There is truly unlimited potential to how automated homeowners would like to make their home. This is one of the things we like most about Xfinity.

Xfinity is great if you want to get bundled. Wish i could have the security system without having to use them for internet and T.V. as well.
